We got the inquire of trolley bag project for Wal-Mart from the customer Ms. Chan on 7th of June.

According to the requirements of the customer, we reply and offer some hotsale trolley bag products picture we made before. After receiving pictures, the customer inform us of some new design they want to make.

Upon receiving we discuss and quote the price and sent to Ms. Chan to check. One day later Ms. Chan replied and said our price was a little high and informed us of the target price. After receiving this message we had double check our offer and found the price we quoted was our market price. So we told customer this price was reasonable and we could ensure quality is good. However, Ms. Chan did not reply. Later, we sent several emails and make some calls talking about the quality, delivery, design and our service. Finally the customer agreed to make sample bags first, and they need 3 pcs of sample bags per design, which need to take a much longer time than make one sample bag per design, but we did our fastest to finish sample bags. After Ms. Chan checked sample bags, Wal-Mart buyer was satisfied with our sample, after we passed the inspection, Ms. Chan placed a trial order to our factory. And during production, we start to work on more new designs of trolley bag and recommend to Ms. Chan and establish a good long-term cooperative relationship.
